- Educational Qualification: The candidate should have a minimum of 60% ( per cent) marks in aggregate of all years or semesters and all subjects (50% per cent in aggregate for SC/PwD) in Bachelors Degree (Full time) as well in PG Diploma (Full-time course of minimum 2 years) or MBA or PG Degree in HR Management or Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or Social Work (with HR as the main subject) or Labour Welfare.
